2018 Havlin Pinot Noir
The 2018 Havlin Pinot Noir is made from fruit purchased from Havlin Vineyard located in the Van Duzer Corridor AVA (south and west of our estate vineyard). Intense color, bright acidity, and great structure reflect the powerful influence of the nightly ocean winds on Jeff Havlin's vineyard.

The fruit was gently de-stemmed, cold soaked for four days, then gradually allowed to warm up prior to fermentation.
